Dust off your hi-tops, down your Kool Aid and hit play on your boombox. Ultimate Lifeform return with a slice of late 80's electro funk fit for any suburban dance off. 4 minutes of wonky disco nonsense, ANKLE DEEP is a return to Ultimate Lifeforms original dance roots. The song is a wall of trademark backing vocals, bongo breakdowns and super-slick chicken grease guitar from guest collaborator Phillip Rose. The track is an apocalyptic look at these high pressure times we live in, with Ultimate Lifeform's usual wall of sound production matching the intense lyrics.
